11/23/2009: The UNC Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Band rocks the house. Directed by Dr. Evan Feldman, the Wind Ensemble performed Musorgsky's "Pictures at an Exhibition". This arrangement by John Boyd totally blows away the common piano and orchestra versions.
11/22/2009: Sopranos Alyssa Seibert and Caroline Clark, students of Diba Alvi, perform a joint recital at the Memorial Chapel at UMD-College Park.
11/21/2009: Pianist Sarah Puckett records several pieces for graduate school applications on the Steinway in the Ewell Recital Hall at William and Mary.

11/14/2009: The Williamsburg Handel Festival continues with a performance by Timothy Olbrych on Baroque guitar.
11/13/2009: The Virginia Opera braves flood waters to hold a tech rehearsal of Donizetti's "The Daughter of the Regiment" before opening night, complete with an audio and video recording.
11/10/2009: Engineer Christian Amonson mixes the William and Mary Jazz Ensemble live-to-two on a Soundcraft Spirit M12 in Lodge One.
10/10/2009: Engineer Bob Ebeling masters So'Lach's new album.
10/5/2009: College Park's top a cappella group PandemoniUM performs their first concert of the year. CBA Recording provided live sound and recording. Sean Barnes was present for HD videography.
10/4/2009: The Virginia Chorale, led by Scott Williamson, performs Songs of the Season at Williamsburg Presbyterian Church. This is the first concert of their 26th season. Photographer Katrina King was present to take photographs.
9/26/2009: Michael Broadhurst from Mike's Mobile Mics provides live sound and tracking for the Gentlemen of the College for their Homecoming Concert in the Commonwealth Auditorium. The recording will be mixed by engineer Christian Amonson.

4/19/2009: The Virginia Chorale records their 25th Anniversary Concert at Williamsburg Presbyterian Church. The program included pieces by local composers John S. Dixon, Adolphus Hailstork, Libby Larsen, and Stephen Paulus. The Chorale gave the world premiere performance of their 25th Anniversary commission, The Little Fishes of the Sea, by Robert Convery.

3/15/2009: CBA Recording provides audio for Comcast Cable's five-camera shoot of Donizetti's opera "Elixir of Love", performed by the Loudoun Symphony Orchestra and Loudoun Lyric Opera.
3/14/2009: The Loudoun Symphony Orchestra records the first night of Donizetti's opera "Elixir of Love", produced in conjunction with Loudoun Lyric Opera. Soloists include soprano Theresa Bickham, baritone Daryl Ott, tenor Aurelio Dominguez, soprano Heather Bingham, and tenor Jason Buckwalter.
3/6/2009: The Wham Bam Big Band records their first-ever CD in a marathon tracking session on Friday evening. The night was action packed, and the final product will be dynamo.
3/1/2009: The William and Mary Choir records their Pre-Concert Tour at Williamsburg Methodist Church.

2/27/2009: The William and Mary Wind Symphony records the second night of it's annual POPS concert. The crowd was amazing, and director Angela Holt conducted their ensemble with a lightsaber. Memorable to say the least.
